Ctrl Network is an international network that aims to promote theorization on the conditions of the present, as well as ideas that foster a sense of change. Ctrl Network is a nominative encapsulation of this desire, seeing control as something more than a condition that is inflicted, while also shortening to Ctrl N, the key command for the production of something new. It was born out of the Contemporary Theory Reading Group at the University of Birmingham, which used to meet fortnightly to discuss contemporary theory and culture.
The network is keen to help cultivate collaborative and independent projects, and is also open to publicising events and theoretical texts across its media channels. If you’re interested in becoming a member of the network or would like to collaborate with us, there are plenty of ways to get in touch. You can also join the network Discord directly here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to join our mailing list.
See you on the net!
